# Organizations An Organization represents a company (e.g. Sponsor, CRO, Academic center) in the TrialGrid. An Organization may have many [URLs](../urls/index.html.md#urls) and users may be granted permission by TrialGrid Ltd staff to create new URLs for an Organization. Any URL created by a user with this permission will be assigned to that users' Organization. The Organization home page contains a link to view [Organization Settings](settings.html.md#organization-settings) The Organization home page shows [Activities](activities.html.md#organization-activities). The Organization home page may also show a link to the [team list](team.html.md#organization-team) for the organization if the user's Organization Role has the 'Administer Permissions' permission. The Organization home page may also show a link to the [API Tokens](api_tokens.html.md#organization-api-tokens) held by users in the organization if the user's Organization Role has the 'Administer Permissions' permission. The Organization home page may also show a link to [Reports](reports.html.md#organization-reports) if the user has 'View Reports' permission for that Organization. The Organization home page may also show a link to [Licenses](licenses.html.md#organization-licenses) if the user's Organization Role has the 'Administer Permissions' permission. Counts of Organization specific [icons](icons.html.md#organization-icons) also show here. The Organization home page also shows a link to [Import Scripts](import_scripts.html.md#organization-import-scripts). Everyone in the Organization can see this link and read the scripts.
