Organization Reports

The Organization report page allows the selection of reports.

The reports can be exported to Excel using the 'gear' menu at the bottom right of the page.

Reports do not show live data, they are refreshed daily or monthly. Reports may show records for Projects and Drafts which have subsequently been deleted.

The following reports are refreshed daily:

  • Projects

  • User Project Roles

  • Active Users

The following reports are refreshed monthly; on the first day of each month data is added for the previous month:

  • User Activities

  • Test Case Runs

  • Diagnostic Runs

  • Diagnostic Findings

  • Diagnostic Explanations

  • Study Build Activities

The following report is rebuilt on the first day of each month, so that it shows each Draft as it was on that day:

  • Custom Function V2 Conversion

The 'View Reports' permission is required to access this page. It comes from your Organization Role. Someone who can administer permissions chooses your role on the team list page.

Being able to administer permissions does not give a user this permission by itself.
