Licenses

The Licenses page shows your Organization's license and how many users count against each part of it. It is only visible to users whose Organization Role has the "Administer Permissions" permission. It is reached from the Licenses card on the Organization home page.

License Counts

Each row is a license tier. A user counts against the highest tier of any Project Role they hold. Project Roles and licenses explains how a Project Role's tier is decided.

Column	What it shows
License Tier	View, Workflow, Diagnostics, Automated Testing, Standards and Study Build or Full Access.
Contracted	How many users your license allows at this tier. Blank if your license does not set a number for it.
Actual	How many active users hold a Project Role at this tier. This count is updated regularly, not the moment a role changes.
Used	How many users used permissions that needed this tier during the month shown in the heading. This is the last complete calendar month.
Status	Within limit, At limit or Over limit, comparing Actual with Contracted.

Project Owners are shown on their own row, with an Actual count only. Project Owner is not a license tier.

Custom Function V2 Conversion

If your Organization has bought Custom Function conversions, this section shows how many are Licensed, how many have been Consumed and how many are Remaining. Otherwise it shows "Not licensed".

One conversion is used for each unique Custom Function converted to the V2 API. Converting the same code again, in any Draft, uses none.
